Who the hell made this immune-president 'Law' in the first place anyway? Someone with an IQ of -00.1? Nobody is immune in 'democracy' dude.

I am not defending the immunity; I am only pointing to what is written in the constitution of Pakistan. This is a responsibility of the citizens of Pakistan to make collective efforts to rid the constitution from all such discriminating clauses.

What President Musharraf had was also okayed by the Constitution and the Courts which are explain the true extract of Constitution. We had a fair Referendum (Using Article 96 of Constitution) pluse 17 Ammendment and he was also elected by a heavy mandate by the Parliament as a President for the second time then why did we want him to be expelled? Why do you dislike him than???

Immunity or no immunity anyone who is being accused of a crime must face it. Its not just about Prayers what Iqbal said,

Aik hi saf main kharay ho gay Mehmood-o-Ayaz,
Na koi banda raha na koi banda nawaz.

And if an accused is not answerable to any court of law than you are seperating Religion from Constitution, and Iqbal again says,

Jalal-e-Padshahi ho, k jamhori tamasha ho,
Juda ho deen syasat se to reh jati ha Changezi.

And giving chance to people like Sufi Muhammad to prove their point as a valid one that The Constitution of Pakistan is unIslamic.
