In R/D, every test is a rigged test. It must be so. My favorite analogy is that of designing a new tire. First, you test your new tire on dry pavement, then on sand, then gravel, then water, and so on. Rigged tests are important in that you control the variables.

Those who are involved in this project ALREADY knew the laser's strengths and weaknesses. This is a rigged test. In your case, you should be worried that we are successful.
