aircraft / drone :operating in islamabad air

Since yesterday an aircraft / drone is flying in islamabad aispace. i am able to see the glance of it . ( at F11 islamabad ) . Again today i heard noise
its engine noise is different ( not as noisy as other aircrafts ) . Any idea what is it ?

In most urban areas , Helicopter patrol is common to quickly reach point of crime and detect escaping criminals

In Pakistan , the Motor cycle culture makes it still hard to distinguish a potential criminal due to congestion but still a valuable tool to have Air Patrol in air to support any Intelligence gathers by street camera

F-16's fly toward F-9 at 3 4 p.m from 2 days

or it could be MFI-17 Mushak with a buzzing sound it fly over Islamabad usually specially F-11 and G-11
