Met him several times when he was stationed in PAF Peshawar back in 2013, a very humble person. His son is a good friend of mine.

He was in Peshawar first. Was also attached to AI. Later they moved to Risalpur. I even received a notebook from him stamped by Lockheed Martin.

& down to earth.

Hi,

Being the experience that I have---I hate humble down to earth type of people in management---.

They must never be posted to command and control positions---.

Check out this site--- http://www.strengths.com/

On the right---in front of red---click on directness---click on the video and enjoy the listen---. You can click on the other colors as well and listen to the video---very interesting in how to handle other personalities---.

Many a top companies use this analysis to hire their employees---and most managers and top executives are red personality---.

All american, russian generals are pretty much in the "red" category---.

Best of luck with the move. Are you moving back to pak land or just somewhere else in UK?

agree to some extent but does being humble mean the person is loose on discipline or lacks the managements skills?
Being humble doesn't mean he lacks what it takes to be a commander. Since it's coming from a member who doesn't know him personally and in this case most of the PAF top brass except for what's reported about them in the media, I'd just ignore his opinion if I were you.

I would like to learn and see if something positive comes out with an open mind :-)

Hi,

Humble has no place for a General command officer---. Humble people are forgiving by nature---. Militaries are not run by kind people---.
