I was talking about Aiib!
The bank was founded on the premise money will be given to developing countries for infra development.
That promise was made by China.
The promise is broken.
Because the bank is a chinese stooge.
Loans are given only when people comply to chinese demands.

It is like Siberian Russia is not proper Russia, Xinjiang is not proper China. True South Vietnamese came from forcefully Vieticized Chamic people in Ngu Quang (modern Central Vietnam), who migrated to the South, not true Viet from North Vietnam (proper Vietnam).

Vietnamese historical records and text books generally ignore this part of history for political reasons, but facts are facts.

Anthropologically, South Vietnamese is different to us North Vietnamese: Facial structure, skin tone, body... I can tell who is a South Vietnamese (true South Vietnamese, not North Vietnamese currently living in the South) in Hanoi almost immediately.

But the most important thing, you have very different mentality. The more I read, watch and meet South Vietnamese, the more I see the difference.

All Vietnamese should fight for achieving East Asian solidarity for long - term and sustainable development, otherwise Vietnam (and even Japan, South Korea and others) would be under "divide and rule" tactic by Western powers for this and coming centuries. If South Vietnamese and Japanese can change their mind to support that, I'll be happy to see them as my blood brothers.
