The plate carrier resembles NFM's Thor, no surprise there, but I'm not sure what model the Felin system is being based on. This is one of several different carrier models.

But do you know what plates are being used with it @Vergennes ? Skjold plates are typically used with the Thor plate carrier and its derivatives, like the NIJ-III, which provides protection against rifle bullets.
