bigger countries try to dominate smaller counties, and smaller countries always have a grudge. In case of afgans, they are from a weaker country and have every reason to nurse grivances, They look to history to feel better sometimes, but anger will always be present.

The equivalent of afgans in India will be nepalis. They dont exactly love us. But its okey, we need them in hindu ummah..

We need as many Dams as we can afford to build; its just that Kalabagdh Dam makes the most sense (Asian Development Bank's report on the Indus Delta Basin recommened it) but it has been needlessly politicized !
