If I start a thread showcasing some truth about Pakistan that is deleted immediately but same is not true about India bashing thread. So I will not be surprised with any thing specially from a person who cannot take criticism on his face and use Negative Point as a tool to show his power.

Zaibunissa Kazi, 70, is one of the main accused in the 1993 Mumbai bomb blasts case and was convicted under the TADA act

It has been alleged that she was hoarding illegal AK-56 rifles, bullets and hand grenades in her house. These weapons were allegedly brought to her by Abu Salem and Manzoor Ahmed Sayed Ahmed and were used in the blasts.

While he was a Judge he wouldnt I am sure have appreciated former judges making remarks on the rulings given by him.

Its surprising how such people grow brains after they retire and have nothing more to gain from a system that threw them up.

seems like u cudnt comprehend my post,,,,read again,,,bulk of it is about nairs call for releasing a terrorism accused on medical grounds.
Katju's opinion was respected n has been entertained by the PM himself...i still stand by what I said,,,proper scrutiny before release.
further more I hope katjus 'opinion' on the legalities of the case(about which I am not aware of) r not in line of, she will die in jail due to lack of medical facilities

Since when it became a requirement for the citizens to need to keep their views to themselves let alone experts? Is this some new ruling or clause introduced in the Indian constitution? Whats up with that? I am just quoting the fact. Positive and Negative points are used to show ones power. I have seen people getting negative points because his view is different than the one who has power of giving points.

Just as you guys have faith in your judiciary when they acquit terrorists for ' lack of evidence' , the same applies in equal measure to Indian judges too.

I feel sorry for the old lady but if a Judge does not release her there must be some good reason for it.

Therefore neither a former judge nor the likes have you have any reason to find fault.

You justifying the rights to speak up when someone is not agreeing with someone??? You just gave me a negative rating for it. Hypocrisy to its best.

Moreover, there is no communal angle to the cause Kartju has raised. But you are hell bound in finding a communal angle to it.

And if you have so much of concerns about the muslims and you want to use this platform for it, then I rather suggest to take this matter to GHQ and rename this forum to Muslim Defence Forum Rather than Pakistan Defence Forum. It will better justify your post then.

This news is about Indian, in Indian jail under Indian law by Indian Supreme court and an Indian retired SC judge is raising her cause but still you guys have to poke your nose in it.

the one negative rating i got was given to me by an indian TT (my mistake though) and i have to say indian TTs are very mature and don't abuse the power given to them . In-fact TTs from other countries are all good only some on the pak side misuse it.

PS: I feel this whole -ve rating thing shouldn't be allowed , they should just stick to +ve rating . Where can i make suggestion for reforms on this forum.
