This global warming will hit more to south asia, in coming years, and this is the right time to build more rain forest, doing something to protect Himalaya's Glaciers and making huge reservoirs to save this sweet water for future... This can boost tourism industry, which is backbone of many countries.

We should create canals all the way to Balochistan. That desert can become lush green and become agriculture hotspots.

The other thing we must do is plant more and more trees. Not only they will resist the flow of floods, but also help the soil seep more water into water table.
