The dam is needed; no ways about it; however what egypt says is they own the nile. That is where the lines are drawn.

There must be a give and take; water flow can be maintained sustainable. We are talking of the blue nile - the other is white nile. both merge and feed the single source.

Egypt is already a basket case. We have got too many problems in this continent.

Generals are corrupt and ordinary foot soldier barely gets enough to eat. and you want to take adventures down.
