Indian university level quality of education is quite decent and it's cheaper than going to Europe for Africans.

Indians are racists. Let there be no doubt about it. In our everyday life , being black toned or "Kaala" is something to be ashamed of. "Fairness creams" are sold in large numbers whose ad show how a black person fails at everything but fair person gets it all. So we Indians are racists.

You already know that the answer is NO. I mean come on , Black Indians is the most common slur against Indian members here. It has been curbed since new moderators came in but we all have seen this place for years.
