Why India and Iran will not be able to counter-persuade them?

Iran may have the ability to persuade them but not India due to ideological differences. Taliban will never work or favor a non muslim entity, specially one that has a clear history of targetting muslims in her own country.

Actually, it was one way, what Afghans use to order from other countries does not totally end in Afghanistan but part of it returned back to Pakistan thru smuggling.

only uneducated will think Chahbhar will end Afghan dependence on Pakistan because what they don't know is the major part of good's price is transport. Pakistani products are sold in Kabul almost same price as they sold in Peshawar and products coming from Mumbai cannot compete with it.

For cell phones and electronics and clothing afghans need chinese products and cpec is best and only route for afghans to have access of cheap chinese products as india has no ability to supply such products and india is also dependent on china for such products.We can export food items to europe and other countries on more margin than afghanistan

No need to blame Iran for this. They have the right to put their national interests first and Chabahar is no threat to Pakistan.
But we must not give it to India on a platter; Southern Afghanistan is controlled by Taliban and we must persuade them to sabotage some of the costly shipments or atleast let them pay heavy tax
