Afghanistan will not be a democracy: Taliban

The Taliban should always remember that, the Taliban were born from the people, so the only mission of the Taliban is to let Afghans have a better life.
It is the people have given the Taliban rights, and the people can also deprive the Taliban of their rights when you betrayed the people.

How do Taliban choose their supreme leader? Is it like whoever kills more Hazaraas wins?

lmao no its indian baboons that give more experience and points!!

send some yindus in safroni dhooti Tali boys need some warm yindu bodies to keep their aim sharp!

The key tension in governing systems is that between the "rights" or "freedoms" of individuals and their families versus State control by elites, whoever they are (hereditary, religious, military, communist, elected, etc.). Hardly anyone, except the elites themselves, is happy in a system where your rights are not defined nor upheld by the legal system. A governing religious elite could be as acceptable as a governing elected elite (democracy) if it's powers are sufficiently restrained with respect to individual and family rights. Unfortunately all elites have a tendency to rule for their own benefit and run roughshod over non-elite individuals and their families.

Makes complete sense there are many Government systems in world

  • 1 Party system (Modern China)
  • Democracy (2 party system)
  • Socialism
  • Communism (Chinese model)
  • Communism (Russian model)
  • Kingdom
  • Islamic system, closer to votes from prominent figures

Islamic system is the adoption of people consultation, that is the basis as stated in Quran, surah As Syura, Democracy is very close to it.

If you want to see true Islamic system, then go back to first 4 Caliph. The other Caliph is basically Kingdom (authoritarian ruler ). There were debate and votings made during the election of Abu Bakr since Anshar Clan wants to be a leader, as well as Quraish clan after prophet Muhammad passes away

Who decides the prominent figures ? It is basically people who decide them to be that figures ( getting recognition from the people) , not too different with current democracy system.

-----------------------------------------------

By the way Democracy also has many kind of shape, dont just follow the west, make our own democracy if current system has some weakness. USA is 2 parties system, Indonesia is multiple party with similar Presidential system. For Indonesia case, the senators are also not as strong as senator in USA. In USA, congress in many important decision making process is not enough to decide something, needs senators approval. In Indonesia senators approval is not required so the decision making system is more simplified.

We have another body which is MPR (People Consultation Body) which comprise of parliament members and senators, this body importan function is to amend the constitution, but it needs 70 % of parliament members approval in order to make MPR meeting.

Gerry mandering, electoral college, massive rigging in primaries by party office holders, media manufacturing consent, dark money, special interest, lobbying, plutocrats buying all branches of the government and you wonder whether there is any democracy even in the US?

That kind of thing is similar like Parliament democracy system. What Taliban wants, IMO, is elites among Taliban supporter (Party) who become the member of consultative body, more like CCP in China.

The Taliban model is different from the Communist model.

China's system is as follows:
China's political structure is divided into four parts.
First, the government. It carries out administrative work, the premier is in the charge it.
Second, the CCP Central. It formulates major national policies, the CCP general secretary is in the charge it.
Third, the National People's Congress(NPC). It is responsible for formulating national laws, is similar to United States House of Representatives. the NPC chairman is in the charge it.
Fourth,Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference(CPPCC), It is composed of representatives of other parties, ethnic minorities, various trade associations, etc.
It jointly participates in legislation and the appointment of government officials, it is equivalent to the U.S. Senate. The CPPCC chairman is in the charge it.

Government:
Government officials are nominated by CCP Politburo, and then reviewed and voted by NPC&CPPCC.

CCP Central:
CCP members in various cities elect city-deputies to participate in the provincial Congress to elect deputies provincial-deputies.
And provincial-deputies participate in National Congress of the CCP to elect 204 members of the Central Committee. And 25 members with higher votes will serve as Politburo-Member, and the highest 7 members will become the Politburo Standing Committee with the highest power in China.
The top7 will serve as:
1st, CCP general secretary.
2nd, premier,
3rd, NPC chairman,
4th, CPPCC chairman,
5th, CCP Central Party School President.
6th,CCDI secretary (The CPC Central Commission for Discipline Inspection).
7th, vice premier

CCP Central Party School(CCPCPS) is a special institution. CCP members who are about to enter the top level will study in the CCPCPS. So the president of the Party school is their teacher. Therefore, if the president of the Party school is no more than 62 years old when he takes office, he may be the successor of CCP general secretary.
CCDI is also a special institution. It is responsible for investigating and dealing with corruption by CCP members. It has great power than your imagination. CCDI is an independent organization, it has independent financial power, and it is not under the jurisdiction of any agency. If investigation objectives is a CCP member, CCDI has the power to arrest, detain and prosecute.

NPC and CPPCC both are level by level elections. The citizens elect city-deputies, city-deputies elect provincial-deputies, provincial-deputies elect national-deputies.
NPC and CPPCC are responsible for making laws. And they are also responsible for review and approve the government list submitted by the CCP Politburo.

Politburo Standing Committee Special rules:
1, CCP general secretary usually serves as the chairman of the Central Military Commission and the prime minister as the vice chairman. The two men jointly hold the command of the PLA.
2, If you have not served as a local official, you cannot serve as a Politburo Standing Committee. This can ensure that the top7 members all have governed an economy with a population of no less than 50 million and $500 billion, and have achieved good results.
3, If he is over 67 years old, you cannot serve as a Politburo Standing Committee. So if the president of the Party school is no more than 62 years old when he takes office, he may be the successor of CCP general secretary.
4, The successor of CCP general secretary usually serves as the president of the Party school between the ages of 57 and 62, and the retirement age cannot exceed 72. So the CCP general secretary usually has two terms of office, a total of 10 years. But if the CCP extends its retirement time, maybe have a CCP general secretary who has three terms.
5, The CCP adopts a democratic centralized responsibility system. According to the regulations, if the problem involves resource allocation and personnel allocation, each CCP branch needs to call its members to vote. the top7 are also a CCP branch. In theory, the Politburo should also vote for important matters by the top7, but no one knows the actual situation, because no one has seen the top7 meeting.

Yes, I know Chinesse is basically more complex, but the similarity is that in essence both are one party system ruler.

shouldn't it be democratic to let others choose if they want democracy or not? if someone doesn't want democracy so how democratic would it be to declare a war on them?

no one even expected democracy from terror groups they are still 1000 years behind word democracy .

there’s no such thing as true democracy, only compromises such as representative governments.

Gerry mandering, electoral college, massive rigging in primaries by party office holders, media manufacturing consent, dark money, special interest, lobbying, plutocrats buying all branches of the government and you wonder whether there is any democracy even in the US?
This is mostly Leftist propaganda to question a beautifully working system. They tried their best to bring Hillary Clinton to power but it didn't work.

Donald Trump (as POTUS) could not challenge American Electoral System as he watched Joe Biden leaving him in the dust in Electoral votes. Some of the Pro-Republican states removed him from office in fact.

Americans should be glad that the American Electoral System system works, and is transparent to large extent. They should check some of the developing countries to see examples of dysfunctional electoral system(s).

Democracy is for mature and literate societies on average.

Americans and Pakistani have one thing in common - staunch believers in conspiracy theories. Hollywood effect I suppose.

As it shouldn't be, democracy doesn't works when majority of your population is illiterate and the society is corrupt to the core.
