Afghanistan: the war the West can't win

Then that chunk should find a means of peaceful coexistence with the west and the east. If they want to get back to their old habits, not just Afghanistan, even Pakistan and to some extent India, Iran and China will suffer.

Yes but remember, remember, that the Taliban are ex Mujhadeen, which was a force that knows only how to be barbaric.

That being said, they never did anything to the Americans, they live in the only way they have lived for millennia in their own little space, it's the Americans who killed their people, that's the root of the mess, that's what stirred the hornets nest.

U.S didn't achieved their target properly but i will also not call it a total failure. U.S has done enough to ensure that old Taliban days in Afghanistan do not return.

Are you an attorney, representing US at PDF?

Well, in that case prepare your case bit strong because no way you can get away with the thousands of causalities in Afghanistan.

but ironically those days are coming back even Michael Mullen is whining like a bit+* upon his soldiers death. So one can easily say it a total failure, if they achieved something than im willing to listen .

Loss of money
Loss of Men
Loss of Empire

Yes they are very peacee loving.. i have heard..

No they are not. But faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaar better than US. whatever they do, they have the right. Who is US to interfere in their matters? US should give rights to the people of occupy wall street protesters.

.
where did i say there is no Taliban in Afghanistan but they are not strong enough to bring back the same era of taliban which was there in 90's.

If Taliban are not strong then what US is waiting for? Shove Taliban against the wall... Why keen for some peace agreements?

They can't even if they deploy whole of its Army. I really feel sorry for the world's most advanced / equipped military forces. They are unable to control the Afghanistan being there for a period of more than 10 years.

Untrained / illiterate people are pain in a$$ for these advanced forces.

.
Americas advanced military is only a decisive factor in conventional war.

This is a war of attrition, the bottom line is the afghans/Pashtuns/Taliban have the heart and strength to fight this out for decades, they have a reason, its their very existence and way of life. the Americans don't have a cause, just adrenalin off the fear if another 9/11.

Eventually the propaganda will wear thin, and then the doubt and frustration creeps in, that's the beginning if the end.

It isn't a question about advanced warfare,They are trying to avoid massive collateral damage.America very well posses the capabilities of carpet bombing every inch of and turning Afghanistan into a parking lot.

US did NOT fail,,, she NEVER wanted to succeed,,, that is part of her plan to prolong the war & under cover of that propagate their criminal agenda,,, If US had succeeded, she would NOT have had enough time to infiltrate Pak with her "assets" & she wouldn't have been able to destabilize Pak... She needed time to roll-out the script,,,

At the same time planners of all this scam were making profits too,,, Like Deck-Cheiny's Heliburton was selling locally(iraq) made coke to US govt. for $90 per 6-pack... So prolonging war means more money for perpetrator-zionists as well as providing time to execute the script ...

And what will that accomplish for the US?

.
A parking lot has markings and maybe a payment meter, Afghanistan doesn't even have that to bomb.

.
And what will that accomplish for the US?

That is precisely my point. To mock the US defence capabilities as not even capable of defeating foot soldiers as the previous gentlemen did is a flawed argument.Restraint doesn't equal impotency.

.
Why are indians going crazy in defending Amreeka in this forum?

As if the average Amreekan Joe gives a thought about the average Indian Ravi

Back to topic:

Afghanistan belongs to Afghans including Afghan Taliban. They have much more of a right to decide whats good for their country than goraiy Amreekan/NATO soldiers.

If they fail to achieve their goals in Afghanistan, that means that their adventure in Afghanistan was a failure. Period. No amount of bombing can change that fact.

I am afraid you haven't seen those videos uploaded on youtube, leaked by wikileaks and some soldiers.

They damn care about collateral damage.... They don't even spare innocent animals... What are you talking about?
