Very true but the other side must also accept the same border. If they want to re-demarcate this as frontier then it would be disputed and can be over run by the forces that take control.

The reality of the situation in Kabul is the government can not unite its people and fears that the areas close to Pakistan might try to join. For this very reason Pakistan wants to have a mechanism in place to stop free movement of these people as they come in and terrorise Pakistani citizens. Pakistan on the other hand is trying to arrange for the Afghan refugees to return back which would put pressure on the government in Kabul to make proper arrangement which are not likely due to non existence of good relations within their own country.

The only way to solve this is to fight a war with Pakistan hoping that the Afghan Refugees would act as a major force within Pakistan. Causing internal problems for Pakistan would bolster an invasion for NATO forces to secure nuclear assets of Pakistan. This is not going to happen because the people in Pakistan know what the true aim of the Afghan masterminds is.

I hared that what Pakistan did with Bangladesh (Before 1971) , Oppression , injustice . They are doing the same job to the Balochistan. Is it right ? I know India wants to make a part.
