Whats with the CAPs Lock?

How's the ground situation about Afghanistan and China relationship? Do you think if China could help to reduce some of your economic difficulties?

China can do a couple of things, some already happening

- Provide more military assistance to the ANSF ( first batch of military hardware arrived a month or so ago ). A strong ANSF will make sure that any anti chinese elements will not be allowed to threaten Chinese border from Afghan soil.
Remember most of the anti chinese militants were apprehended and given to chinese authorities in the last year or so.
- Increase the frequency of the train carrying goods in and out of Afghanistan ( first train arrived carrying goods from China 2 weeks ago )
- Connect to Afghanistan directly via Badakhshan ( initial discussion ongoing between China and Afghanistan )
- Pick the up the speed on the some of the projects like Logar Copper mine which China has won.
- Include Afghanistan in the OBAR vision

And most importantly lean on Pakistan to stop supporting anti afghan elements, I know for a fact that China has been prodding Pakistan in changing course in private discussion but this needs to become more overt. It is in China's interest that Afghanistan is able to secure her borders, be economically thriving so that it wont allow forces to threaten Chinese interest.

Just initial thoughts, anyways I for one think that with CPEC comes more investments to Pakistan but also gives you more leeway to push Pakistan in changing course vis-a-vis supporiting proxies that threaten Afghanistan

My feeling is that Afghanistan can only solve your problems by working with Chinese. The reasons are:
1, We are neighbours but not religiously locked
2,We have no pre-conditions like the US or India
3,We are friends to your “enemy”

I believe the best thing is that Pakistan, Afghanistan and China can work together to develop the region.

The Afghan president after his inauguration went to China on his first state visit showcasing the importance we have give China.
Pakistan is not the enemy, we don't want to be enemies with anyone but we want Pakistan to change her policies vis-a-vis Afghanistan because it is in her interests and it's also Chinese interests.
We welcome any help that China provides in bringing security our economic betterment in the life of Afghans or region as a whole.

I know Chinese diplomats have been prodding Pakistan to change course when it comes to these proxies, this needs to become more overt.

We want to seal our border with Afghanistan to block any kinds of infiltration but you Afghans are having problem with that because it blocks flow of terrorists from Afghanistan into Pakistan as well.

Seriously :) how is the border fencing gonna help when Tali leadership is openly recuriting in Quetta, when Mullah Mansoor gets killed with a Pakistani passport in Quetta, please don't insult us with this, :)

Easy proposition :
Anyways here is a proposition, since we have a chinese friend in the discussion, can you table your issues with Afghanistan like TTP, BLA ... and Afghans table issues like Afghan Talis, Haqqanis and we both take action against these elements and then ask China to be a third party to verify all of this because we both trust China.

This is like a an easy proposition for you, no?

Well guess what Afghanistan offered this to Pakistan for China to verify these actions and Pakistan turned it down, and you know why because how on earth can you fool the Chinese when you run an industrila scale insurgency out of Quetta, Karachi etc.

We are not idiots.

Did China accept your offer? :)

anyway Afghanistan had been hostile to Pakistan since our creation. The seeds of this enmity had been sown log before still Pakistan had been helping Afghanistan in every possible way and we had been bearing burn of your internal power wrangling cum terrorism directly.

You being used as strategic pawn cannot be blamed solely on Pakistan. .

Afghan government is openly supporting and funding TTP terrorists and Indians against Pakistan.

And oh BTW yes border sealing can put a lid on infiltration both ways up to 80%. Why you are afraid of sealing the border

You see you are going obtuse again, let's stop running in circles.
My proposition is simple.

- We complain about Afghan talis
- You complain about TTP etc

Let us put China as third party and start taking actions against these elements on boths sides.
Is that good enough for you?
