this is a huge news but sadly no one in Pakistani media is interested. they are busy playing monkeys on TV.

Afghan Taliban have made a list of conditions for ttp to stay in Afghanistan which is never going to be acceptable for the indian brainchild.

well ttp has no home. that is why ptm is working hard to facilitate it but that too is not going to help. ttp better shift to the red fort in delhi.

Good work Taliban.

Fruitless, but they have been given the chance for peace before further action is taken.

They cannot cry when they are pounded to oblivion.

Jihad without a cause is a brutality as Pakistan is a democratic country hence it doesn't cuts any ice anymore. TTP need to lay down their arms and end their unnecessary violence as they are running out of space, border fencing is not helping them and supply of recruits are not what it used to be. If that's not enough sooner or latter ISI is going to take them out so humble request to them will be lay down your arms and end this bloodshed.

Taliban needs to crunch ttp for their better future, they need to be diplomatic but at the same time ruthless towards such groups who do violence & shed blood of their own people.Taliban need to tighten the grip over small militias & provide them a final choice to come under their umbrella or else listen to the music of real jihad.

it's a tribal thing, you cannot just attack someone because you want to as almost all of them belong to the same tribes/area, so one must establish some grievances against which one can act. It seems Pak/Taliban are establishing the grievances and offering the solution which TTP will not accept. So in the end Taliban will have a genuine claim of retribution against TTP.

Good Planning but it must be followed up by even stronger action, No more accommodations for TTP/PTM.

Yeah no, as long as RAW fund them they will get enough recruits to carry out terrorism. Afghan taliban will have to compromise to get some stake in government, if they don't then civil war between ethnic groups will continue. Pakistan cannot get rid of TTP and BLA without help of Kabul on its side.

Current Kabuli government is pashtun nationalist one just like in pre 1979 era. They will continue to claim our lands and support terrorism with Americans and West turning blind eye.

I don't see afghan pashtun taliban compromising with their extremist idiology mish mash of pashtunwali and islamism.

It is in the interests of Afghan Taliban as well that once they are in power, these Indian sponsored terrorists of TTP not given any space to operate from Afghan soil. TTP have got all the potential to be spoilers between a good working relationship between Pakistan and Afghan Taliban dominated Afghanistan.

Possibility to shift their camps in Iran cannot be ruled out. BLA camps are already there.

Now ISI has to concentrate towards Iranian camps. Diplomatic channels and clandestine operations could be use to eliminate these threats.

I don't think small militias like ttp would be a problem for Taliban though they got the potential to disrupt Taliban, but Taliban is very much committed & disciplined force as we have seen since 2 decades how they defeate NATO & US.
The real problem lies in how they will come to terms with present Afghan government which Taliban always denied their legitimacy & called them puppets of western countries. The ideology is totally opposite between them.Taliban is waiting just for US forces to withdraw their forces from Afghanistan,I won't be surprised once US forces leave Taliban will attack Kabul by all the corners & capture remaining provinces.Deal between America & Taliban seems to be same. These intra afghan talks are just for buying the time For US forces to leave the country with some honour or just face saving. There will be no deal between Taliban & so called Afghan government,it will be just for time consuming.Taliban has categorically mentioned they want same Islamic emirates of Afghanistan which they created in 1996 under mullah Mohammad omar.Taliban will never compromise anything less than that, same time why they should not, they are having the upper hand, they immerged as victorious against a super power.History is witness that vicotorious forces always dictate the terms,it is just matter of time when we are going to see Taliban ruling whole Afghanistan. They will just be little lenient towards northern alliance for the brief time, their might be a reconciliation with them but that too might be on terms of Taliban. The Taliban of 2020 is much more committed & disciplined than 2001.Taliban has learned from their past mistakes, this time they won't isolate themselves before world.instead they will reach out to the world with their point of view. The reason for that is Taliban is now an ideology which world recognizes. The potential of Taliban has been admitted by NATO & US.When NATO & US attacked Taliban in October 2001 they thought it will take 1,2 years for them to crush or annhilate taliban existence from Afghanistan but what happened world saw it.Taliban defeated a super power without any artillary,Tanks or any sophistication matching the opponent.Taliban had no open help from any country still they managed to engage the enemy for almost 20 years with minimal resources.Imagine if they been provided modern warfare weaponery what they will achieve only god knows that as I'm not qualified enough to predict that scenario.
