adverse possession law in pakistan

Dear friends I opened this thread to know adverse law of Pakistan today I was going and seen government destroying peoples homes which were not legally made but they were living there for last 30 years what laws says if govt sleep for 30 years doing nothing now just woke up at same time they are harming their own people that land was of govt those people were Pakistani poor people. If they were richer people the never lived there take it as in circumstances.

My question is
If any family grabbed government land and lived there for 30 years did he became owner of that property because he lived there 30 years Al this time he maintain that small home and do adverse law make him right full owner.

In my opinion he should be given ownership rights because he lived 30 years

Govt of Pakistan not fullfiled its duty to stop him at that time when he was grabbing land

So do you say to god that I did mistakes in my previous life, i shouldnt be given punishment?
#0 years or 300 years . Whats wrong is wrong, I wouldnt want anyone to steal my plot ( though the land mafi have) but even after 30 or so, why should they live on it for free when i made it for children ? what right do they have? just because they lived there for 30 years ?

Hey u stupid read it carefully I never said that they grabbed any private property I said if they have poseesion of government land for last 30 years do adverse possession law makes them ownership

There is adverse law and u never lived 300 years to claim it is urs

So don't ruin if u have no knowledge of law

In 1999, Supreme Court of Pakistan gave a decision between two parties. One party was holding land and harvesting crops of other party for many decades. Real owners went to court. Court handed over land to real owner by stating that real owner is real owner even if other is holding it for centuries.
For ur post, if govt allow this then every 1 will capture govt land. All feudals big fishes in political parties don't fear law. Bcz no will catch them and then just after 30 years they will gift that land to their sons as wedding gift.

Not sure if this applies to government property since it just isn't physically possible to watch every inch of it.

I could have had some of my property taken away from me after I bought it. I had a surveyor mark the lines and found out a neighbor had a fence over the line. The old beat up fence was there for at least 30 years. A lawyer told me to rip it down quickly and put up a new one before the neighbor wised up to it. Neighbor wasn't happy but didn't know his rights.

U mean to say if person kill another person then it should be arrested on spot otherwise free him
