ALMOST ALL MUSLIMS support congress .......SOME hindus support congress. There is clearly a communal angle to this ......just because you dont wish to acknowledge it how can you tell others not to acknowledge it either ?

Name calling is in reply to the one who cast the first stone .......... too bad 'secular' you was too scared to 'reprimand' him. Why was that ?

No. Congress cannot form power with muslim votes alone. So a lotta hindus too have voted for it. U or me cannot refuse it. Rural votes decides the vote of India, and rurally hindus do vote for congress, unless a rapid change is campaign strategy is bought by BJP.
I Personally favour Modi in 2k14.

Dude, Advani is not just some guy, he along with ABVP were the founders and creators of BJP as we know it. His resignation in BJP is realllly really a big deal, like Bill Gates/ Steve Jobs resigning from MS/ Apple. People outside make it modi modi modi, but inside BJP it's different.

I know and who refused it. Advani can still be a king maker behind the back seat. He was creator of BJP, but he never had the charisma ABV had.
And seeing he was already rejected , not once, but twice, by the people of India. He is old, and i don think he brings any new ideas.
The BJP ground workers want Modi in. Advani must realise, he cannot become PM, and must try to make sure BJP gets power in 2014.

if you believe Hindus vote on non religious lines then I wish the bjp would have offered a real secular option to people who believe in secularism rather than minority or majority politics.. unfortunately bjp is just other side of tin coin.

May be if he can change his name to L.K.A. Gandhi, than they can think of him as PM candidate.

I DO BELIEVE Hindus vote on non religious lines.

BJP has offered a REAL SECULAR option to the people but not to those who as 'pseudo secular'. BJP has NO plans to turn 'pseudo secular' and appease minorities. Clearly that is what you are looking for .....special privileges for Christians and Muslims.

BJP is a truly secular party that acknowledges the relevance of Majority religion of India and the Minority religion of India and promises protection to both Dharmic religions and Abrahamic religions. THAT IS SECULAR.....not parties that offer protection to ONLY Abrahamic religions.

I hope you have the moral integrity to acknowledge this fact.
