Yeah about that...........,you see friend,this Honeywell TALIN 2000 (or Tactical Advanced Land Inertial Navigator) is not a guidance chip for bombs or MBRL rounds,it's actually an inertial land navigation system based around a RLG device,just like the Sigma 90 series used by Indian Armed Forces on various of their platforms.These decvices are fitted to weapon platforms,not the munitions themselves,so there is no question of these systems,turning our unguided rockets/arty shells into precise missiles.It's true that these systems can provide you with a very precise firing solution,there by increasing your chances of hitting your target with more precision but that's about it.They can not guide the munitions theselves towards the objectives.
