Achakzai speaks again

Instead of saying the rule of law must apply to everyone. Achakzai, in his modest wisdom, applies rule of law selectively. If its Afghan refugees, well they don't need to respect the law of the land. They are labelled 'guests'. Either you are for the rule of law or you are for creating exceptions. In which case, others too will create exceptions. In such a scenario, one is left with no moral high ground to question 'exceptions' created by others. Achakzai has no moral high ground left.

Pakistan should be a meritocracy like China. As we can see the only viable and functioning institution in Pakistan is Army which is a meritocracy. I've never seen Army abdicating their responsibilities like parliament.

If it is a democracy, there has to be 3 pillars governance and these pillars must work independently of the other. This includes;
  1. Legislators
  2. Judiciary
  3. Executives
If you put judiciary and executive under legislators, legislators would act as "lawless lords" and abuse their power to limits. By the way, under Nawaz government, this has practically happened. Nawaz Shareef did ModelTown Massacre when he knew neither Judiciary nor Executive would act against him. In essence, what Achakzai is asking for already exists in Pakistan.

his party is deeply unpopular and most likely he created his vote bank by illegally according CNIC to Afghan refugees..many NADRA investigations will lead to his illegal activity trail ...his sister CNIC is also suspended.

Can we just ignore him?

He can hardly get 0.1% of votes each elections; he is irrelevant, just another dog barking for attention. We have larger problems to address.
