That's becoz the Saudi university hires well known foreign professors who had produced many research papers.

My thoughts exactly, it is profoundly showing when you compare HiCi and TOP, they have high HiCi(highly cited researchers) while their TOP(Percentage of papers published in top 20% journals of SCI) is low

Bro, 10% is a conservative estimate.

It's just that those evil Chinese have taken control of the UN, USA, IMF, World Bank, etc. so our growth rates look like they are falling. In reality, we may be growing closer to 15%-25% (per month), rather than 10% per year.

As you can see, the rupee is falling right now. This is clearly a Chinese conspiracy to take the Indian economy out before we reach supah-powah status later this century. There is no other explanation for what's going on... hmm... Chinese UFO's on the LOC may be what is causing this rapid Rupee sell-off in India. China must have also implanted their planetary-like UFO's in other countries, probably near their stock exchanges.

We must get to the bottom of this.
