If you had read his full speech, you would have agreed.
But then your position has on the other hand been highly opportunistic.
You expected the Indian Nationalists to pursue an anti Islamic narrative. As long Hindutva-vadis abused Islam, you were only too eager to join in the chorus. You joined in along with those who you call bhakts now, and blasted Islamists in India, going on length about how it is backward, how terror has color and so on. Your older posts bear witness to this. You collected negatives for that.
Of course, the Church was not under scrutiny yet. Only when the questions were asked about the Church's dark dealings (I am aware of the dark dealings of Hindus so no need to go there), you drifted away.
Your position hence is natural and has little credibility. Unfortunately. For you.
