Good to see India doing well. But Other than the metropolitan cities, the next range of cities are not growing to their limit. But PRC is doing well in Urbanization. The basic factor tat differs is "Effective Funding and Spending of Money"

Like Bo in Chongqing with corruption they have an amazing reputation of urbanising at the expense of destroying ancient heritage villages and destroying life of farmers. Preety cities always comes at a cost for which china is paying heavily as the protests are on the rise in the rural.
The only good thing about china is they are not arrogant as the Indians. People in India are extremely arrogant and selfish. They will keep their own property clean and nice but public places we all know. Plus they have this outrageous cast system in villages which is causing clashes as per their arrogance.

The first thing that comes to our mind when we think about New Delhi is the Red fort or the ancient Mughal tombs and forts.....but, now there are new landmarks that are coming up in Delhi, thanks to the Economic boom, which is giving rise to a construction boom in the city...

Sorry to say, but a few swallows do not a summer make!
