Why PPP allow these illegal activity to happen? people buy and then suffer and then ppp play politics.

Lots of illegal building been made still making regardless of court order.

People of area, protesting, placing banner, wall chalking not to buy but ppl still buying knowingly its illegal.

People HAD already bought properties there before all the banners/warning propped up. And PPP/MQM has been doing this for decades, an encroacher with long reach and contacts encroaches upon state land and builds apartments/flats which are legalized and leased to common middle/lower-middle class who buy after ensuring that the property is leased. And it is NOT their responsibility to check whether the construction is legal or not, it is the responsibility of the state to ensure that illegal buildings are NOT constructed as opposed to allowing construction, buying, leasing, occupation etc.

Its not about banner. If you risk your investment thinking that nothing will happen well it just happened now. Trust me I seen people bought illegal floor and over night they laid floor and start living next morning that no one can kicked them out.

We all can sad over this, nothing will happen to sindh govt,department and i think court wants to teach people that dont buy illegal we cant fix department its your responsibility. Thats the message from court.
