Free? TAI don't do it free even for Turkish Air Forces, what kind of world you live in? Companies need these multi-million $ projects to keep moving on... But collaboration was on the top of the hill, Pakistani technic staff participated in the project and TAI bounteously shared all of its know-how and experience with Pakistani friends for the future...PK and TR have a different type of relationship in sharing what they have... It's not about money... Otherwise we could offer not to train technicians and solve the problems with ourselves "ofcourse not free".. It's not something you can get from your russian and french "business partners" for free... No one gives you critical tech free of charge, except high-level friends/partners/brothers... whatever you say
