What I was talking about was Dr.Khan got most of his freedom during to Bhutto era. When Dr.Khan said he wanted no checks abd balance Bhutto agreed. Zia followed that tradition. Benazir, well she had no idea what was going on in our nuclear field, Nawaz followed what Bhutto and Zia did and now we have the same tradition continuing today.

I think you lack knowledge in this field of history, read it up, I cant be bothered to debate what is already known. Look Nobody new anything about nuclear weapons development program during Zulfikar Ali Bhutto's tenure they knew he opened a few Nuclear power plants but nothing about the Atomic program, AQ was a metelluragist and just one of many thousands the reasons he gets sexed up because he came from the west.

As far as I am concerned the minute Bhutto took office everyone knew we were working on nuclear weapons. His famous speech was reference to this. "We will eat grass for a thousand years but we will develop nuclear capabilities".
