What proof do u have CPC arrest people in China for no reason? We have Chinese law in China. We don't follow Pakistanis or American law. I hope you understand this concept. The Chinese Communist Party does have a simple and rude side in doing things, just like in infrastructure construction, such a big social change in Xinjiang cannot be without flaws. If Xinjiang continues to be chaotic, have you ever thought about the impact of Sino-US confrontation on China?

First of all, Xinjiang being chaotic does not necessarily lead to Sino-US confrontation. If that be so, we could conclude that any chaotic place in China could lead to Sino-US confrontation, which doesn't seem to have strong logical support.

Second, nobody likes chaos, even bad people who only wish chaos on other people but not on themselves. Look how orderly Italian mafias managed Las Vegas.

Third, many ways to deal with chaos. Fundamentally, we want to reduce and even eliminate chaos. We certainly don't want to just sweep it under the rug, which will surely show up again sooner or later. That is why I don't think CCP's simple and rude method is constructive in the long run. They are simply attacking at the symptom but not at the cause. Xinjiang has been the fertile ground of chaos every since CCP took over. The Chinese government has already successfully eliminated any concept of traditional culture and spirituality from it's majority population. All we have now is walking talking zombies like you who are deprived of anything beyond your apparent existence.

Which universe did you come from? China lives and breathes in traditional culture more than most countries. If you're thinking culture revolution, that has nothing to do culture if you're well read, it was Mao's attempt to purge reformers and consolidate power. Some red guards did go crazy, destroying property and artefacts. Yes, CPC is atheist, so was the previous govt ROC. Historically even imperial China was never a theocracy like Mid East, Europe and South Asia. To Chinese people, religion and spirituality are of much less importance than practical matters. There is a fundamental difference between CCP (CPC in your term) and many other Chinese governments before that. CCP wants to eradicate ALL religions. No other Chinese government has ever attempted that. Previous governments might give favors to some religions while oppressing other religions for whatever reason. CCP is the ONLY government in Chinese history that is hostile to ALL religions.

The fact that "the Commie Chinese have a problem with Islam" doesn't prohibit Pakistan from being an ally (at least militarily) with China. That fact only affects muslims who live in China where "the Commie Chinese" have jurisdiction, but not muslims who live in Pakistan. It doesn't stop Pakistani muslims to obtain support from China with smily faces while giving China a middle finger for its hostility towards Islam behind its back.

Being legal doesn't mean being right. Politicians are deft at devising vague laws so that they could legally oppress people. Modern US has plenty of such examples. Many other countries are even worse.
