OP should have exercised some discretion in posting obviously biased and doctored material, leading to serious trolling and ill feeling, not to mention wrong impressions.

1. The question asked is obviously not directly related to whether or not ISIS is good or bad. It is a leading question.
2. The figure quoted can not be correct, since KSA has significant Shia population.
3. An article meant for domestic consumption within KSA has been used for purposes of propaganda.
