90% village under power supply: Bangladesh Minister

There are some people who are born pessimistic. They will accept a positive change only after it actually happen completely and someone throw that result in their face. The main problem with @bluesky is that, he has a very low opinion about muslim in general specially Bangladeshi muslim. He think muslim are incapable of doing progress and culturally inferior. I remember, he had problem accepting the fact that, Turkey is now a modern, developed industrial economy. I had a big argument about this topic with him some months back. He still think, Turkey is a third world muslim hell hole. Now imagine what is his opinion about muslim Bangladesh?

If he happens to be from Bangladesh (which I doubt a lot because he could not yet answer my questions instantly in Bengali) and even if he is a non-Muslim, how can he deride what little progress has already been made in Bangladesh?

I am not a Hasina fan myself, but the UN agencies, the World Bank and results of audits and field studies by international NGO's on various factors are not lies. Whether because of Hasina's actions or the private sector, progress has been made, in some cases with luck, in some cases because of timely actions by civil society apparatus.

You can be a non-Muslim and hate Muslims, but if you are a born-and-bred Bangladeshi at all (for real), how can you be unhappy about Bangladesh' progress as a country? Chetona-wallah or not? How do you turn your back to the country of your birth? Once a Bangladeshi, always a Bangladeshi. One thing no one can say is call me a Nimak-Haram.

Even I'd say the majority of Pakistanis are happy about our progress...

Regardless of flag - I consider him an Indian in spirit...who does not have the best interest of Bangladesh in his heart. Sorry but that is my opinion. You are either with us - or not one of us.

And Turkey is a hell-hole? Right...

Has he ever even been to Turkey? My God....

I consider the Turks to be my brothers and sisters and one of the strongest Muslim countries...

Sorry about the OT segway but this is as of yesterday,

But what did the twit you responding to (homo the quack) say on Turkey earlier?

True.Turkey have lost face with a lot of countries.Perhaps other than Pakistan,no other country trust or admire Erdogan led Turkey now. They have became unpredictable and restless in geopolitical relationship. Erdogan is jumping more than he can handle. They are creating enemy everywhere. Worst he is making enemy out of countries which propped up Turkey all those years and retain leverage to throw it down to the drain.Six months ago, Putin was arch enemy, now he is a dictator-in -brother.He created quarrel with Israel several years ago to become the street hero in the Arab world, now he is again embracing those ''killer zionist''.No more savior of the ''oppressed Palestinian''. Erdogan have forgotten the size of his country(18th largest economy) and trying to act as a new boss of the muslim world and bully the neighboring countries. Not to mention his love affairs with terrorist/genocidal muslim leaders and organization around the world. From Sudan's Omer al Bashir to Golam Azam/Nizami to Muslim Brotherhood to ISIS. So we need to be careful. If we give them chance they will start meddling in our affairs.

(This was because BTW, he was triggered by Turkey calling BD kangaroo courts as a complete sham).

Such honest consistent love for Turks:

Are you really Turkish? You sound more of a Pakistani than Pakistani themselves.

Many more examples of his earlier hate towards Turkey (or large parts of Turkey's people) abounds. But of course its all water under the bridge and should be forgotten now, like with any Bangladesh lack of consistency and spine. :D

I don't get these BD people. First they claim we evil "Punjabis" were forcing Urdu on them (Punjabis forcing Urdu? How does that even make sense is beyond me), but now you see these same B'Deshis trying to speak Urdu to show how similar they are to Pakistanis (like some BD members on this forum, they know who they are).

They even claim they are the real inheritors of Pakistan. But how if Pakistan is a Urdu/Farsi word? And when BD is India's vassal state?

Your analysis just put my entire 9 years of my dedicated Btech + Mtech + Phd in electrical systems to question. My aim was not personal. But i am strongly against this intuition based psuedo science. Again please get your local transformer checked. A larger substation working on equivalent voltage or frequency other than your synchronized grid voltage would have quickly collapsed your grid.

You dont really have a realistic option of lowering voltage to reduce power consumption. What is most likely is your local transformer was not designed for the load increase over the last few years. The increased current flow is causing a voltage drop across the transformer windings. Again nothing to do with your nation electricity generation. Get a better transformer.
Whatever may be your education it does not automatically qualify you in a discussion forum. This time you wrote something out of context. Instead of writing here a thesis, better you learn to write within the context. Did I ever propose to lower the voltage? Stop bickering. The total power production is low, this is what I am saying. Your other points do not have any discussion value. These are just meaningless bla, bla, bla.

If it is beyond you, then just ask. I will give you an example. The Bengali BJP supporters of Kolkata are often pro-Hindi as it spearheads the BJP ideology. They don't need to be Hindi speaking to promote the language.

Similarly this nilgiri guy tamil or telegu whichever he is, From his posts I am quite sure he works full time for BJP it cell , Unlike His south indian people, he wont have any problem to promote Hindi where as most of them dislike the gradual encroachment of HIndi.

The old post you dug out talks about Erdogan's political blunder and the recent post about living condition of Turkey. Are you some knd of retard?

It is just a small sample, much more in that thread and many other threads of that era (Turkey hating Bangladesh kangaroo courts, doyal hating Turkey in return...it wasnt just Erdogan)....I will find them if it really matters to you later....or if some actual Turks show up here (I have shown a bunch doyal's hate before, they had some nice words for Bangladesh in return :p:)....we can commence that in this thread again, just say the word.

Why you are generalizing?

A persons opinion doesn't reflect a nations...

Remember, bin laden was found in Pakistan. Should people generalize you guys?

You are right and you are wrong again too...
As the power is constant.. the more you put load, the more your voltage going to drop between two end. Transformer is designed to maintain a range of voltage for certain load. When loads increases so does voltage drops between two end of the transformer. Its simple math P=VI. when I increases V looses considering P is constant.
I am not a electrical engineer but what I could remember that i read in my 2nd year of basic engineering.

The amount of rhetoric in the post is alarmingly high. No data, no analysis, just a rant without any logical basis. I wont be replying to you anymore.

Sorry to ask. Did you really forget to answer my question on the location of Teesta Barrage? Hurry up. I am still waiting to hear a logical answer from your educated mind.
