Kashmir is in full revolt against the Indian State. The Indian army is now fighting the Kashmiri people. When an Army/State begins to fight a peoples, they have already lost the war. What we are going to see now is a slow bloody withdrawal of the Indian State from Kashmir and World powers look like they are edging towards involvement in this region (for their own vested interests, but it is happening).
