I'd say our greatest achievements of 2015 ought to include:

1) Huge reduction in terrorism and related deaths.
2) Expansion of anti-terror ops into towns and cities, albeit out of necessity.
3) No involvement in far away wars be it Syria or Yemen.
4) The democratically elected government survived another year, this is much huger than you might think.
5) Increasing the responsible role for an endgame in Afghanistan.
6) Some small signs of recovery in the economy, still hugely problematic and in some cases worsening, but better than what came before.
7) Less instances of Pakistan in the news on my television screen here in the UK, no news is good news.
8) Better outlook for FDI given all of the above. CPEC deals advancement.

firstly thats 8, secondly in regards to number 7 there has been a few instances. where they tried to tap internet lines and today where there was an attack that killed 10.
