85% Indian-Americans support Obama for 2nd term

Indians like Obama because they want American economy going to waste.

I think that Bush was already adjusting for a China oriented policy, especially after the spy plane collision incident. The only reason they did not do so was the timely arrival of Bin Laden and his planes.

So it is not exactly correct to say that the republican is not anti-China, only that they got sidetracked with the whole afghan and iraq mess. Obama just looks more anti china because it is only under him, 8 years later, that they managed to pull a free hand out from the two wars.

We should not expect the gist of US's china policy to change just because the party is different.

From China's point of view the last 10 years was a godsend. The pressure would have been alot greater if US was free to focus her full attention on China back then. Instead she gets 10 crucial years to grow.

Someone has predicted that 2012 would be the turning point for China. It marks the milestone that from this point onwards, China would be strong enough to resist containment/disruptive policies of any sort from any other country, unless that country wants to be in a lose-lose situation.

I agree with some of the comments here it is not Clinton / Bush/ Obama / Romney, the crux of their policy on us won't change until we submit like indians or the japanese and then losing completely
our rule in Xizang, Xinjiang, Taiwan, HK, Macau, Inner-Mongolia and splitting up their rest of China into independent states. Yugoslavia and USSR are examples! After China, they will get Russia and the next will be india ( < dont laugh so loud yet)!

Thanks. Most Chinese and other immigrant groups will most likely vote for Obama because the Democrats have better policies toward minorities and immigrants. It's a shame though we don't have that much of a choice nowadays so we vote with the party line.

It is true for people who live in US, but it doesn't matter if you don't live in US. :coffee:

Nope, gonna vote for Romney, Obama didn't do anything worth while during his service, put the country more in debt bailed out companies and didn't even make sure that the tax payer get something in return. The shovel ready project was a big failure, even he admitted it himself. Couldn't even pass a decent budget. No thanks, we had enough of his one term, time to bring someone new.

You do realize that one of the Republican head chairman is black right?

Inaccurate information, Joker Steele was Chairman till last year. It has been Rience Priebus (Caucasian) since last year.

It is not that we like GOP more, but GOP isn't smart enough to deal with us, which will be easier for us to deal with them.

Right now I'm writing a cool scifi story. It has nothing at all to do with real life. Absolutely zero connection.

There's just 1 party. That'd be the Real Global Oppression Party (Real GOP). However, it is one party, two factions.

The first faction is the far right mining-military-industrial complex. That'd be big oil, big coal, power, aerospace, heavy engineering, things like that. The second faction is the slightly less far right tech-finance-media elites. MSD, GS (company names), you know them.

Even though they may have their conflicts once in a while, they will never allow their differences to threaten their elite status, and there are people who are members of both groups.

See, their last guy was a typical Military Real GOP leader. He is focused on oil, resources, and military control of resources. His backing was from big oil and the military-industrial complex. Problem was he failed to liberate enough oil to pay for his costly adventures, and his smokescreen was too costly. Their new guy is a financial media elite of the Real GOP. His absolute focus is on continuing the global arbitrage of reserve currency status.

No one will make a difference in foreign policy. Don't put your hopes up.

GOP = dumb fascists

CEO Barry Obongo is quite cunning indeed, but that's only because the last CEO royally fked up an investment in middle east oil wells. He thought he'd be smart but he was dumb.

Both are cunning. That is because there's no difference between them. They are both taking orders straight from Morgan Goldheed Martin. Their CEO in the 80's was the smartest of them all, despite pretending to be dumb.
