A relative of mine served in a Pak army forensic team, part of investigation team into attempted assassination of Mushy, according to him resources were lacking back then, i hope they have rectified this issue but then and again may be not.Kudos bro

We dont need more special forces, we have enough manpower to kill the terrorists, what we need is a organisation, which finds and locate the target very effective. So its out of question, that the military is incompetent, its more a political decision, like many members already have discussed out here.

We have so many unemployed students which are very well educated, so human resources is not the issue, lack of resources ? I dont think so, when we can take billions of loans for other projects, so why not invest 2-5 billion in a new ANTI TERROR CONCEPT. Internal Law and Order, stability and security are the base for an economy grow and social welfare,otherwise we will continue trying to survive from one military war to another economical or natural catastrophe. The next big game , will be the water war with India, one reason more take Kashmir back !

So its out of question, that the military is incompetent, its more a political decision, like many members already have discussed out here.
