You should know that no general officer travels in a bullet proof vehicle in operational areas!! They travel in a convoy of security vehicles that provide protection from the front and rear. It also has a QRT component.

Secondly, the roads on which they are to travel is secured by security forces well before ST.

You showing the pic of your chief traveling in an open jeep is no big deal! You don't expect him to travel in a mine proof vehicle or an armored personnel carrier, do you?

Obviously, civilians like you don't have a clue on how troops operate in a CI environment.
