Don't look at count of infection on a daily.

Look at the ratio... If Pakistan will do test around 1.30 lacs/day than the daily count will easily cross to 11,000/day.
If I just look at the infection ratios...

Sorry but you have loot at the Ratio of infection.....

Pakistan - positive ratio of infection is around 22.62% (Total test 23,000 / Day) - infection count is more than 5000/day

India - positive ratio of infection is around 9.00/10.00% (Total test 1.42 Lacs/ Day) - Infection count is around 12-13 thousand/day.

Now just assume that If pakistan will start doing testing (1 lacs/day) than what would be positive cases count will be based on the current Ratio?
