It's also called ethnic cleansing if pushed by the government or local people. Lack of diversity makes people ignorant. Yesterday I was in Peshawar and saw Sikh traders speaking pushto fluently. Nice to see

if those are contiguous with present territories , then it is okay..Vale of Kashmir going to Pakistan, and Tharparkar going to India is a very acceptable solution
