50 Days of LockDown in Kashmir, Impact of Lack of Food on Human Body
The apples in Kashmir valley remain unplucked, as the population sleeps the 50th night on empty stomachs

A typical home, any home, how much food do you store in your home?
1 Day, 2 Day or may be 4 days
May be you expect Eid Ul Azha is around corner and you will make extra room in the tiny fridge so that you can save some food from Qurbani
However , for Kashmiri people, the Eid never came due to Hindu Army in Kashmir
And how much food they must have stored in their homes , not more then 4-5 days at max
after all who stores this much food ???
Impact of Lack of Food on Human Body:
Your body adapts to a lack of food by reducing your metabolic rate to conserve energy. Because glucose is the primary fuel source, fatigue sets in once glucose reserves are depleted.
Going several hours without food can cause a noticeable drop in blood sugar. Without enough nutrients from food, your brain function suffers. Children are most vulnerable because they need sufficient food for growth and development.
Lack of food affects the academic performance of school-aged children, according to a study published in the December 2005 issue of the "Journal of Nutrition." The study found that food-insufficient children scored lower in reading and math.

Now Indians also want all waters from Kashmir, don't you think they can make a tunnel to redirect waters??

We had a meeting in senete , in past where we had ambassadors from Syria , Iraq and Palestine and we passed 2 resolutions on Palestine
I asked Palestinians why has Mahmood Abbas gave a Medal to Modi ?? This Modi guy who supports all policies about Natenyahoo against Palestinians
There was no consideration for own interest , sometimes blindly following the crowd , has no merit

When I was a student volunteer I went to Rasheeda bad , area we used to provide health care to Mujahideen who came to fight for Kashmir I am grateful to all Pakthoon who came to KAshmir to fight for freedom of Azad Kashmir
My heart is tired and bleeds, but I try to say ...
The worse feeling is to live a life of Humiliation
Pakistan we have no regret , from you but remember one day when you are in afterlife you will all be asked why are you not at arms and fighting for KAshmir
