I think if you would have studied Corporate Finance, Management control means the power to run the company. The others "Minority shareholders" are at the mercy of the BOD which runs the company by overseeing the managment not the shareholders. That's probably the answer you expect from a student of finance on his first day in school, such an answer in final exam would earn him both a D and a teacher's compliment.I told you buddy to not come with stupid kind of answers. But you didn't listen, hope you can read now.

If you had checked the website of Fauji Foundation and under Businesses looked at Associated Concerns you would have found Askrai Bank.
So i told you not to waste ones time first read, understand and then come here for discussion.
And as for your advice of reading some of these terms, i know them well as I am in Banking industry and this is what i look at. Even if they have 51% share and management control, the other shareholders are having their share of profits and are OK with whomever is running the company.
And yes, the latest control % as follows
FF 40%
OGDC 20%
GOP 20%
Rest with General Public and Funds etc.

And now emarati airlines is run by the Indian and Philippine staff and Pilots, they stopped taking staff from both PIA and PAF.PIA was performing excellently in the 60s and 70s because it was being managed by ex Air Force Personnel...PIA made Emirates and Air Malta...Thats how good it was...
