in an interview a Taliban spokesman said that it's for Pakistan "to judge whether [TTP's] war is legitimate or not" and look at their "grievances". this shows that Taliban obviously does not see TTP as enemies, and isn't going to help Pakistan take care of them. they categorically think it's Pakistans problem and aren't interested in doing anything about TTP that live comfortably in Kunar and rest of Afghanistan.
that any Pakistani here thought otherwise is saddening and damaging to their own interests. may the soldiers rest in peace.

They have are playing both sides but it was Taliban which led to HGB stepping back and declaring ceasefire.

Ceasefire was for HGB group. They accepted. No ceasefire was given to TTP Central. Although i remain skeptical about the ceasefire with HGB group

Indian terrorism is much more active in Pakistan today. This is why not only ttp but bla terrorism have sky rocketed in last month alone.

Every night before sleeping, I just imagine the bravery and sheer resolve of those FC and Levies Jawans who despite knowing, that this patrol can be their last one, there can be an ambush party waiting for them, there are IED charges eager to get detonated upon them, Climbs on their un protected vehicles just for the "Dhart Maa", for the Peace of it, and for the solace of it. First of all it was india that united different groups and with TTP same way it created BRAS out of Baloch outfits.

As for training yes india did train and finance but that has stopped now and TTP attacks increased for 3 different reasons

1 desperation both in their groups and their handlers/masters.
2 due to IEA in Afghanistan them being pushed more towards the border area and their need for new heaven which they qre trying to create in Wazeeristan.
3 boost in morale from IEA victory in Afghanistan but they forget IEA fought for an ideology while TTP has been fighting for financial profit in guise of religion from day one.
