4 Israeli soldiers killed, 15 injured as Truck rams into IDF soldiers in Jerusalem.

How is this any different then the Taliban murdering Pakistani soldiers or ISIS murdering Egyptian soldiers? These attacks don't do any good, in fact whenever the Israelis are hit, they hit back 10 times harder, so at the end it accomplishes nothing. Instead of stabbing people, ramming trucks into crowds, parading children with suicide vests and firing rockets at civilians why not focus on something constructive?

Israel was a nation that started from nothing. It has repulsed countless attacks from much better equipped Arab armies while being outnumbered every time. If the Israelis had the same mind set as many Arabs do today they wouldn't exist. Despite the Israelis being at a disadvantage against the Arabs in terms of equipment and manpower they focused on training, they focused better planning, they employed deception, better tactics and they fought with more courage.

And as a result Israel has a high quality of life and is a world leader in technology, yet the Palestinian live in a third world state despite the enormous wealth of Arab countries which are more concerned with bribing foreign politicians with billions of dollars, purchasing billions in fancy arms and wasting money on worthless high rises and arming terrorists in Syria.

Arabs don't have their priorities in check. They behave like rich kids that throw violent temper tantrums when things don't go their way.

What you are saying is GIVE UP, move on and let the Israelis occupy you and steal your land.

The response to that is NO!

At some point the muslim world will become very powerful and we can harm and punish jews then, in the meantime the Palestinians should simply grow, have children and fight occupation and oppression

What you are asking for is not possible without accepting occupation and israeli overlordship over all the Palestinian people

Don't mind some of them. Same Islamic radicals have used trucks to kill people in France and Germany recently. Seems they are getting inspiration from their Islamic extremists brothers ISIS.
As I said before when these same terrorists strike their own country , we don't hear them justifying it by saying "they were merely pushed to the wall".
By the way, this Palestinian terrorists was an Islamic state sympathiser like many of his brothers who have taken up arms fighting with ISIS. Lol

It doesn't matter, terrorists always have their so called "reasons" for carrying out their attacks.
If you want to play this game, then I may as well agree with some Islamic radicals who justify all the terror attacks they have been carrying out in France by saying it's merely a retaliation for all the extremists anti Islamic policies the French government has been carrying out in recent years and the French government intervention in Muslim countries. These terrorists have merely been pushed to the wall. :partay:
Same with the "poor innocent" Kurds/PKK who have been carrying out terror attacks in Turkey (and Iran to a lesser extent) for decades. We can also agree that they are merely fighting off invaders from their lands. :D RIP to play those poor souls who have all perished is uch attacks. But the PKK/Kurdish militants were merely "pushed to the wall" due to Turkish oppression and stealing of their land.lol. Same can be said of poor uygurs militants fighting "Chinese oppression" ' poor Chechen's fighting Russian oppression against their land and many terror groups in he region from Pakistan to Syria to Libya etc etc. They all have their justified reasons.:)

The Palestinians are a oppressed and occupied people's facing a neo colonial apartheid regime

The Israelis refuse to disengage, keep building settlements whilst the Palestinians live in glorified internment camps

How long can the Palestinians suffer like this and if we are asking tgem not to fight back then how have we forced the Israelis into stopping the occupation

A occupation confirmed by international law and security council resolutions endorsed by all major powers

Rest in peace. Hope IDF gets the perpetrators.

The timing couldn't have been better. Israeli diplomat gets caught with pants down with huge implications for Israeli UK mission then this.

On the contrary, the timing is horrible. Two days ago an IDF soldier was convicted of shooting an unarmed Palestinian. That is a huge development in Israel which has been very reluctant to prosecute soldiers for such acts.

By this truck attack all the progress made in getting Israelis to agree that what that soldier did was wrong - has been undone. It will encourage more high handed action by the IDF.

As for the diplomat - nothing of what he has said is a secret or something nobody could perceive. I'm sure diplomats of all countries do something similar when facing politicians who attack their country. It's an embarrassment but not a major one.

Mind set of the Nazi occupier of your homeland and your mind set were they same? Arab wealth means nothing for the Palestinians for the Arab despots like sisi the mafia boss and ***-head are secretly in league with the Zionist entity. As for economic and scientific achievements are concerned it's an absurd idea when your home is occupied by a robber. Anyway, it's good to see a staunch ***-head supporter defending the Zionazi occupation of Palestine.
I know (like many members here do) that you are a religious zealot. But even, so I fail to see what you are ranting about.:undecided:

First learn not to twist what others say, quote me accurately and it will become clear to anyone having no comprehension problem.

Eschewed logic. Pakistan didn't forcefully occupy anyone's land.
Lol Awww...Holy Pakistan has never done anything wrong, kinda surprising that your country is one of the most terror prone countries on the planet. Guess its merely a coincidence(not). :Dlol
Anyway, who cares, you people can keep justifying ISIS sympathisers like this Palestinian terrorists action for all I care. However, when another similar terror attack strikes your countries(which we all know happens very frequently) I will be quoting what some of you said on here:" they were merely pushed to the wall.".:enjoy: Every jihadist/terrorists group have their own "legitimate/justified" reason for carrying out yet attacks. It depends on which country/side you look at it. :p:

That's the ISIS Sympathiser jihadist who was "pushed to the wall". Lol

THIS is the shocking moment an ISIS truck ploughs into a group of Israeli soldiers, killing four and injuring 15, as the first pictures of the driver emerge.

The ISIS-inspired Palestinian drove the lorry into the soldiers in Jerusalem before reversing over the injured.

The most deadly attack in a year-long spell of violence ended when security forces shot dead the driver at the wheel. Israeli reports named the killer as 28-year-old Fadi al-Qunbar, a married father of four.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu says all signs suggest that the driver was a supporter of the murderous terror group.

"We know the identity of the attacker, according to all the signs he is a supporter of Islamic State. We have sealed off Jabel Mukabar, the neighbourhood from where he came, and we are carrying out other actions which I will not detail," Netanyahu said in a statement.

While visiting the scene, he said: “We know that we have here a series of attacks, and there could be a link between them, from France to Berlin, and now Jerusalem,” he says.

Al-Qunbar was a builder from east Jerusalem who spent time in an Israeli prison.

Dov Lieber, the Times of Israel's Arab affair correspondent, reported his sister said he is a 26-year-old father-of-four who was religious but didn't belong to any terror groups.

She said: "God chose him for this martyrdom. We thank God for this... it is the most beautiful martyrdom."

Israeli forces killed four ISIS militants in Syria in the first direct clash between the country and the jihadi group in November.

The terrorists opened fire on a military patrol on the Israeli side of the Israeli-controlled Golan Heights, a military spokesman said.

Journalist Jürgen Todenhöfer, who spent 10 days in Syria in 2014, says Israel is the one nation ISIS is wary of.

He told Jewish News: "They think they can defeat US and UK ground troops, who they say they have no experience in city guerrilla or terrorist strategies.

"But they know the Israelis are very tough as far as fighting against guerrillas and terrorists."

We know the identity of the attacker, according to all the signs he is a supporter of Islamic State

If the attack was launched by ISIS Israel - which has a large well-trained and funded military - will likely react with swift and brutal retribution.

The Times of Israel has reported the male soldier who was killed in today’s terror attack has been identified as Erez Orbach.

Today's horrifying attack was captured in CCTV footage that showed panicked civilians fleeing the scene and what appears to be a soldier firing on the cabin.

Security camera footage shown on Israeli Channel 2 TV showed the truck barreling at a high speed off the road and into the crowd of people in the Armon Hanatziv neighborhood.

The truck is seen backing up quickly, apparently trying to crush more people, before the terrorist was shot dead.

"There was no sense in that reverse," Leah Schreiber, a witness, told reporters. "He drove backward to crush more people. That was really clear."

'I EMPTIED MY MAGAZINE AT HIM'
A security guard, who was identified only as "A" told Channel 10: "In a split second I looked to my left and saw what I can only describe as a speeding truck which sent me flying." "It was a miracle that my pistol stayed on me.

"I shot at a tyre but realised there was no point as he has many wheels, so I ran in front of the cabin and at an angle I shot at him and emptied my magazine. When I finished shooting, some of the officer cadets also took aim and also started firing."

The footage showed many of the soldiers fleeing the scene as the attack took place, their rifles slung on their shoulders. Questions were already being raised in the Israeli media why more did not engage the attacker.

The targets were officer cadets who were disembarking from a bus that brought them to the Armon Hanatziv promenade, a stone-laden and grass-lined walkway with a panoramic view of the walled Old City.

"It is a terrorist attack, a ramming attack," a police spokeswoman announced on Israel Radio.

Police said the dead, three women and one man, were all in their twenties.

An Israeli bus driver who witnessed the incident said on the radio the truck ploughed into a group of soldiers, and that they fired on the driver, who reversed direction and ran over them again.

'SOLDIERS HESITATED BEFORE FIRING'
The civilian tour guide for the soldiers hit in the Jerusalem truck-ramming blames the “Hebron shooting” case for causing the troops to hesitate during the terror attack.

The tour guide, Eitan Rod, tells reporters outside the Jerusalem hospital where he was treated that the soldiers around him did not open fire at the truck driver immediately.

According to Rod, the Elor Azaria case, in which an IDF soldier was convicted of manslaughter for shooting dead an incapacitated, supine Palestinian assailant, was the reason the soldiers did not react quickly.

You can claim anything, but the fact is that he was a Palestinian, fighting unlawful occupiers.

Now carry on with your zionist propaganda.

and 17 wounded, after a flatbed truck driven by an Arab terrorist rammed into a group of conscripts adjacent to the Armon Hanatziv promenade in southern Jerusalem on Sunday afternoon.

Four soldiers, Lt. Yael Yekutiel, 20-years-old from Givatayim, Shir Hajaj, 20 -years-old from Ma'aleh Adumim, Shira Tzur, 20-years-old from Haifa and Erez Averbuch, 20-years-old form Alon Shvut, were declared dead at the scene, which was called a mass-casualty incident.

According to the IDF spokesman, an additional two cadets were seriously wounded, and 15 other officers and cadets sustained less severe wounds. Some 300 soldiers were in the area at the time of the attack, the IDF said.

Yossi Fraenkel, deputy commander of ZAKA in Jerusalem, said 12 of the wounded are in light condition, four are in either serious or moderate condition, and one is in critical condition.

All the victims were evacuated to different area hospitals.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who visited the scene with Defense Minister Avigdor Liberman shortly after the 1:30 p.m. attack, said the terrorist was identified as Fadi al-Qanbar, from the east Jerusalem neighborhood of Jabel Mukaber, long a hotbed of incitement and violence.

“We know the identity of the attacker, and according to all the signs, he is a supporter of Islamic State,” Netanyahu said, without elaborating.

He added that there may be a connection between this attack and similar attacks recently in France and Berlin.

“We are fighting this plague, and will defeat it,” Netanyahu said, noting that Jabel Mukaber has been cordoned off, and that “we are taking other actions that I will not detail here.”

“We will overcome this terror, just as we overcame other attacks,” he said. “There are a number of actions that we will not specify at this time, which we will have to take to ensure that incidents such as these do not recur.”

Lieberman said the attack was clearly the result of incitement against Jews living in Israel.

“This brutal attack is obviously not because of any other reason but one: Because we are Jews and we live here in Israel,” he said. “There was no other reason, and no need to look for an excuse – not Jewish settlements and negotiations, but an attack inspired by ISIS.”

Lieberman continued: “We saw that in France, we saw it in Berlin, and unfortunately, we saw it today in Jerusalem. We will fight this terrorism with all tools at our disposal, and I’m sure that will win.

Soon after visiting the site, Netanyahu was scheduled to convene a meeting of the security cabinet.

Magen David Adom spokesman, Elli Zenilman, said multiple emergency personnel units responded immediately after receiving a call reporting the attack.

“When we arrived at the scene, we saw something that was horrifying – young adults lying on the street in the area of the attack,” said Zenilman, a few meters from the carnage, which was cordoned-off by police.

MDA paramedic Landy Sharon said he saw a truck that hit a group of young people that got off a bus near the Armon Hanatziv observation post.
“About 10 people were lying on the ground near the street,” he said. “Some of them were trapped under the truck.”

ZAKA Jerusalem Commander Bentzi Oering described the scene as reminiscent of a battlefield.

“This is a very difficult attack,” he said. “I arrived with other ZAKA volunteers and the scene looked like a battlefield. Many injured lay on the grass, some of them were still trapped under the terrorist’s truck.”

ZAKA Jerusalem Operations Commander Meir Akar said a crane provided by the firefighters was used to lift the front part of truck to free those trapped underneath.

“Tragically, they were no longer alive,” he said.

“A team from the forensics department of the Israel Police and ZAKA carried out the initial identification of the dead,” Akar continued. “ZAKA then removed the bodies of the four victims and the terrorist. Another ZAKA team remained at the scene to clear the significant amount of blood and remains to bring them to burial.”

The truck’s windshield was riddled with bullet holes, as dozens of first-responders, police and fire-rescue personnel secured the scene and completely closed off traffic on the main thoroughfare next to the popular promenade.

Speaking to the press minutes after the attack, Police Commissioner, Insp.- Gen. Roni Alsheich, said al-Qanbar had a vailid Israeli driver’s license and plate.

Alsheich added that there was no prior warning of the attack, but that police have set up checkpoints in Jabel Mukaber, and heightened security throughout the capital.

Commander of the Officer’s School, Col.Yaniv Aluf, carried out a preliminary investigation of the incident, which appeared to contradict an earlier version of events given by a military trainer, identified only as Eitan, who said that soldiers hesitated to shoot towards the truck, in part [due to the] the manslaughter conviction of IDF soldier Elor Azaria last week.

Aluf’s investigation suggested that at least two cadets fired at close range toward the terrorist.

IDF Spokesman Moti Almoz backed this assertion, saying that it was incorrect to say that soldiers hesitated to shoot, or that the Azaria conviction had some bearing on the incident.
The soldiers did not understand at first that it was an attack, thinking it was a car accident, he said. “The moment that they realized that it was an attack, two cadets fired towards the truck,” Almoz added.

It was not clear if their shots killed the attacker or stopped the attack, but it is clear that they used their weapons, he said.

“The army does not know of any soldier who was afraid to shoot because of Azaria,” Almoz said, rejecting Eitan’s take on the events.

Jerusalem Mayor Nir Barkat spoke during an impromptu press conference to dozens of reporters.

“To our dismay, there is no limit to the cruelty of the terrorists who are willing to use any means possible to murder Jews and to damage the life routine of Israel’s capital,” said Barkat.

“Those who incite and fan the flames of terror must pay a heavy price,” he added. “I call the residents of Jerusalem and the country at large to be alert, and despite this hard terror attack, to carry on in your daily routines, and do not let terror win.”

On Twitter, Hamas lauded the attack as “heroic,” although did not take credit.

“The truck operation in Jerusalem affirms that all attempts to encircle the [Palestinian] intifada will fail,” the Palestinian terrorist group wrote.

Lol ok. As I said before I will be quoting you snd your brother's when your ISIS style freedom fighters brothers carry out yet another terrorist attack in Pakistan. Unfortunately, I believe from what we have been seeing that we won't have to wait long for that to happen yet again.

Did you get my point?

Violence from both sides should end..

Now Israel will kill MANY Palestinians in response to this and will get the higher kill ratio off course.

Its a senseless violent cycle that will continue and such acts like this will only fume it..

The alive nations do not fear from sacrifices. The Palestinian people by large have learned their lessons and gradually weapons are replacing stones in the hands of Palestinian people. That's the true spirit of Islam whether one like or not.

Due to total black out in international media we are not getting true pictures of occupied areas where is the state of Palestine promised by Israel no where . One can only observe the double atrocities faced by Palestinian both from PLO and Israel.

That's the right time to help Palstinians by KSA and Iran instead of waging sectarian wars against each other.

Mr Saad pls do check independently what is happening with Palestine nation then condemn the attack.

Pakistan is the most stable state in the Muslim world we are facing operation from both outside and inside yet majority of Pakistanis are living in their country and prefer to die here. We have faced so many terrorist attacks as one can imagine but they were after effects of Western policies in the region. Despite clear new world order plans to divide Pakistan in many small states it is strengthening day by day. There is no shame to follow religion if u are ashamed then this is your personal matter.

The main cause behind Palestinian attacks is oppression by Zionists.

ISRAELIS DEMOLISHED PALESTINIANS HOME LIKE IT WAS THEIR FATHERS PROPERTY. NOW A PALESTINIAN TRIED TO SAY "OK I DON'T HAVE HOME BUT I CAN USE YOUR ROADS LIKE MY FATHER PROPERTY(WHICH IS TRUE)"
