International Golden Group (IGG), China's Norinco Group, the Unmanned Aeronautics Control Center of the Beijing Institute of Technology in China and the British Applied College of Umm Al Quwain University signed a cooperation agreement to exchange academic expertise and research in the areas of technological advancement.
Fadel Saif Al Kaabi, CEO of International Group (IGG), today announced the signing of a cooperation agreement with Lu Jinko, deputy general manager of China's Norinco Group, and Devo Lin, vice president of the UAV Self-Control Center of the Beijing Institute of Technology, And Dr. Sahl Al-Habashneh, Director General of the British Applied College, Umm Al Quwain University.
IGG officials confirmed that the conclusion of the four-way cooperation agreement strengthens the exchange of research information and academic resources of common interest to raise the rate of industrial production movement at the Innovation Center in Defense Science and Technology, which will be opened in cooperation with the UAE Armed Forces (JJ) Industrial Area in Abu Dhabi.
They explained that the agreement is part of the UAE's development policies in the fields of scientific research and knowledge and its interest in involving young cadres within its comprehensive national vision for scientific and technological transformation in the near future.
The agreement requires the exchange of faculty members from the UAV Center of the Beijing Institute of Technology and the Faculty of Applied Education at Umm Al Quwain University for Joint Research and Development, as well as the preparation of student exchange programs for internship at the Innovation Center and their involvement in research projects and short courses.
