RAWALPINDI: At least 34 terrorists were killed during aerial strikes in Khyber Agency on Wednesday, according to ISPR.

ISPR said Pakistan Air Force (PAF) jets carried out early morning strikes and pounded militants’ hideouts in Tirah Valley of Khyber Agency near Afghan border.

It said 34 terrorists were killed in the intelligence-driven air strikes in which latest technology was used to indicate and destroy eight militants’ hideouts.

Pakistani troops have been engaged in a full-scale offensive against Taliban and other militants in North Waziristan and Khyber tribal districts since last year. – Samaa

.
We need to have a proper police in FATA for long lasting peace these aerial raids are not a permanent solution

.
Seems like multiply airstrikes in the valley considering the numbers.

. .
I hope PA sets up a new big Core Command in the region.
