What's new

3 killed in Chicago by a white man with gun. Multiple injured and one killed in Denver as well.

America is so dangerous. The moment you landed on airport and will be shot immediately.. It just like gangland. I wished I can bring rifle or RPG with me on flight on trip to USA. :enjoy:

An RPG is a great idea. Bring two, one for each shoulder. :D

I am just wondering how you would define an act of terrorism carried out by US citizen with in US......that should be taken as dometic issue too no? Why send Spec Ops unit across the world fighting in the name of 'National Security'?
Since we are discussing domestic crimes, it shouldn't concern US to go and invade middle eastern and North African states and over throw regimes because they were not good their people? Those are domestic issues too no?

Terrorist or Terrorism defined as an act to coerce the Government for its policy, it is a direct target to either State or Federal Government, this is the Definition as per USC (United States Constitution).

In the prespective of law, Domestic Terrorism is defined as a Domestic Crime, as per USC, as with any type of crime that happened within the US border.

However, terrorism have a different definition of "Mass Shooting" or "Mass Killing", while it is fine you want to talk about Domestic Terrorism, we can talk about Bomb Scare with Federal Employee by a white man just last month, but on the other hand, a person kill 3 in a hospital is not an act of terrorism. As there are no "Agenda" nor "Coercion" toward the United States Government. Which mean if you want to talk about it, you want to talk about a multiple Murder Act. And with the poster above, he said he wanted to discuss "ALL" the bad thing happen in the US society, I didn't stop him from doing that, I just wish him good luck, because as far as I know, he probably going to need to stay on PDF 24 hours a day and 7 days a week just to go over ALL the bad thing happened in the US, if there are enough time at all.

But I lost how you can compare a person kills 3 in a hospital to US Foreign Policy. Maybe you can connect it somehow, I can't.

What's that have to do with my post?

And he wonder why he will be shot on arrival in the United States lol.

I think I would probably be shot if I arrive in China with a RPG on my hand.

Oh sush! You gave the game away. I was trying to set him up to be shot on arrival, if only to make his dream come true. :D

nah, he probably will get shot, either thug mistook him as a wealth Chinese or more likely judging by the way he responded to the poster in PDF, he probably stand a high chance getting shot because he was too cocky.

I am cool with that too. :D

You think I want to come? In another 2-3 years time, I may need to send to US on company trip. I am thinking whether I can reimburse on handguns or Ak-47 bought for protection during my stay in US. :D
If your company is serious about protecting you, you will be reimbursed. But if not, maybe you are not as valuable an asset as you think you are. In that case, do not leave China at all.

If I threatened and scared you into giving me your wallet, technically speaking, that is terrorism. A petty act of terrorism for personal gain. Is that what you are looking for?
They said my english is really bad, I didn't kow it was this bad or perhaps the age is getting to you oldman.....
Anyhow, let me help you with it and write that up for you again.......a terrorist attack carried out by us citizens with in US should a 'domestic crime' too, why bother running spec ops unit in Philippines, africa?

.
Well, we should really give him some Travelling tips. Like what he should say or where he should travel......

LOL :D:D

Exactly what I was trying to do. Grab a taxi out of O'Hare to the South side at midnight? :D

Your English is not bad, just your conflating of issue, young pup. But that is excusable given your lack of experience in general.

So what context of terrorism do you wish to talk about?

.
Act of terrorism is something like trying to force a political change. Just like the San Bernardino shooting. Somebody going on a rampage in a school doesn't count since it wasn't for political change. Not like the military school massacre like the Taliban did few years ago.

What he is doing is using the most broad definition of 'terror' as possible, devoid of any political context, in trying to portray the US as equally guilty of terrorism as those motivated by religion or ideology. So yes, even a schoolyard bully is guilty of 'terrorism'. Do not take this seriously.
jumping to conclusion to quickly, aren't we?
Read my post again I am asking how 'you' would define terrorism not how Constitution defines it.
Otherwise am well versed with the Definition in the constitution......but since we are talking bout perception, and how an act is perceived and labeled.........it would be interesting to see what terrorism is to you......to me terrorism is 'mass murder' with no regards to religion, race, or political affiliations

.
You are having a jibe on some student's death in China which FO clarified to be a suicide while not remembering what your country did to a guest Pakistani student. Some audacity!

So? Do I need to cry over every one, foreign or not, killed in the United States? I don't care about most murder victim, unless it is associated with me somehow.

Bear in mind, if I want to talk about it, I will, but I did not start this thread, so again, please tell me what should I remember?

Given your claim of being 'well versed' with the US Constitution, I would like to see where in the US Constitution does terrorism mentioned.
