The investment consists of $ 26 million from an initiative fund and $ 33 million from private investors. The company's total fundraising from December 2019 stands at $ 110 million - $ 51 million raised in two rounds and investments from private investors and the last round - when the completion of the fundraising was delayed according to the company due to the corona crisis.

In the last eight years, the Israeli company Nanox has developed an X-ray medical imaging device (CT) called Nanox.ARC that will cost only ten thousand dollars - a small part of the price of a new standard device that can cost us between one million and 3 million dollars. In addition, the dimensions of the Nanox device are significantly smaller than existing X-ray and CT devices and it weighs 200 kilograms, in contrast to the existing imaging devices on the market that can reach up to 5 tons.
The Nanox scanner is part of a comprehensive solution based on cloud technology, which will provide a complete medical imaging service that includes an extensive database for image storage, review and real-time radiological decoding, while connecting to artificial intelligence and payment systems. In other words, alongside the development of the hardware product, the company also offers software in the format of SaaS - which customers will pay for per use, depending on the amount of scans and analyzes of the photographs they need.
Bannox says it has signed ARC deployment agreements, along with artificial intelligence-based diagnostic services, in 13 countries around the world. Polyakin said in a conversation with Giktiim that among the countries with which the agreement was signed are the United States, Australia, Norway, South Korea, Russia, Brazil and Vietnam. In addition, the company has a signed collaboration with Hadassah Hospitals in Israel.
