They're NOT Indian army troops, silly! It's a central police force called the BSF, that patrols the streets of Srinagar. I love the way some of you guys exhibit utter ignorance.
Right! Rs 200-400 to each stone pelter funded by the Hurriyat! And where does the Hurriyat get lakhs of rupees from? Again, you don't need to be an Einstein to figure that out! You need to ask that Hurriyat dodo called Shabir Ahmed Wani of Narbal. He's already spilled the beans and sang like a canary after he was arrested some time ago. According to him, the dosh - and lots of it - comes from the ISI to instigate violence in the valley!
The agencies claim that Wani had confirmed that he had spoken to Dar, a former Hizbul Mujahideen militant and now district president of Hurriyat faction led by Syed Ali Shah Geelani during which the latter had suggested that at least 10 to 15 people should get "martyred" during a procession in the Budgam district. Oh yeah! Should I be surprised?
And it's just 5 districts out of 22 in J&K that indulge in this anti India / independence propaganda. The rest don't care a fig and want to get on with their lives. But thanks to misinformation and half truths spewed out by the media from across, it's made to seem as if the whole of J&K is on fire!!The Indian media is partly to blame too for not showing the real picture.
Nonsense.
