3 BSF men killed five injured in militant attack Kashmir; Hizb claims responsibility

They're NOT Indian army troops, silly! It's a central police force called the BSF, that patrols the streets of Srinagar. I love the way some of you guys exhibit utter ignorance.

Right! Rs 200-400 to each stone pelter funded by the Hurriyat! And where does the Hurriyat get lakhs of rupees from? Again, you don't need to be an Einstein to figure that out! :P You need to ask that Hurriyat dodo called Shabir Ahmed Wani of Narbal. He's already spilled the beans and sang like a canary after he was arrested some time ago. According to him, the dosh - and lots of it - comes from the ISI to instigate violence in the valley!

The agencies claim that Wani had confirmed that he had spoken to Dar, a former Hizbul Mujahideen militant and now district president of Hurriyat faction led by Syed Ali Shah Geelani during which the latter had suggested that at least 10 to 15 people should get "martyred" during a procession in the Budgam district. Oh yeah! Should I be surprised?

And it's just 5 districts out of 22 in J&K that indulge in this anti India / independence propaganda. The rest don't care a fig and want to get on with their lives. But thanks to misinformation and half truths spewed out by the media from across, it's made to seem as if the whole of J&K is on fire!!The Indian media is partly to blame too for not showing the real picture.

Nonsense.

The freedom struggle seems to be heating up again.

PTI | Jun 4, 2016, 12.32 PM IST

SRINAGAR: Militants on Saturday shot dead two policemen, including an officer, in poll-bound Anantnag town of south Kashmir, police said.

Militants opened fire on a police party at General Bus Stand in Anantnag town, 52 km from here, at around 11.20 am, resulting in injuries to the two policemen, a police official said.

He said the injured policemen were rushed to a hospital where both of them succumbed.

The deceased have been identified as assistant sub inspector Bashir Ahmad and constable Reyaz Ahmad.

The attack comes ahead of the June 22 polling for by-election to Anantnag Assembly seat where Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti is one of the nine candidates in the fray.

The by-poll for the seat was necessitated due to death of then chief minister and incumbent MLA Mufti Mohammad Sayeed on January 7 this year.

This is the second attack in less than 24 hours in the district.

Three BSF jawans were killed and nine others injured last evening as militants ambushed their convoy at Goriwan in Bijbehara town.
Security forces have been put on an alert to track down the assailants, the official said.

There are all kinds of days

Some days terrorists die ; some days security forces die

What matters is the ratio of casualties

Generally the ratio in One full year is One soldier Killed TO FIVE terrorists eliminated

So to go by just One days casualties and say that Kashmir is about to fall
is absolutely CRAZY

And also compare the firepower and strength with causality rate.
At least they are giving your hard time some time your high ranking officers killed a miserable death.

It is OK

We will keep Kashmir inspite of such casualties

If you want Kashmir ; fight a FULL fledged war ; such pin pricks do not affect us

Big nations do not get afraid or worried of such little things

.
Kashmiris bravo...kill these occupants and get your freedom.

It is completely indigenous movement and due to lack of resources/strength we cannot fight a full fledged war.
We have our own tactics to keep you down and we are doing extremely well.

At least in Kashmir your pride, claims and technology fail every day .
Some time stone pelters, some time hit and run and some time fidayen attacks it is enough for us.
We don't need economic growth we have our own goals and destination.
