They are not screening people properly. Some people from airport posted in FB that airport stuff are not screening all the people, they even let Chinese people go without screening. Six scanners out of seven are not working, the only working one in HSIA. Those were collected during Ebola outbreak. Others are working hand-held thermometer. They should've asked for ten scanner sooner. Saw another report in Somoy TV which says hospitals don't have necessary measures to tackle the virus.

Why it makes no difference. I know you want to side with the decision of your govt and that is good but the decision of your govt was against the rules defined by WHO and it has consequences. You cannot say it makes no difference cause it makes as the body which is responsible for such outbreak advise and your govt neglected it this is a big and huge argument and you cannot evade it my friend. You have to except it was a mistake there are only 3 cases and God forbids if these numbers increase it will have a responsibility issue embedded in this whole situation. The mistake of your govt is that BD saw the situation is wuhan but failed to assess the actual potential of virus cause at that point no one knew how dangerous it was and it was mistake to ignore advisory of only organizations which knew something about the virus. It makes difference you cannot run from this part you have to accept it that it was a mistake. You are skipping this whole part and moving on to what should be done now. Mistake made now BD needs to control the mistake it made.

Bangladesh is not the only country who evacuated people from affected place. The way you are talking as if we are the only one who neglected WHO's suggestion. Other countries are also taking their people and keeping them in 14 day quarantine. Read carefully what WHO chief said in that link below.
We evacuated 312 people from Wuhan because they requested the govt as there was severe food shortage. All of them are ok and released after being kept in 14 days quarantine.
The 23 Bangladeshis India evacuated are still in India under 14 days quarantine process and they still have no symptoms of COVID-19. The evacuees are the ones who requested India to take them while they were evacuating the Indians. If we consider your ridiculous theory then India might have also lobbied USA, S.Africa to take their nationals back to spread the virus.
Didn't you see that the ones who were infected came from Italy? I totally agree with you that we have poor health infrastructure but I am surprised that you had this much time and energy to waste on such ridiculous theory and to claim that you know better than us while you haven't done any little research.

Pretty stupid of Bangladesh govt to brought back their citizens from affected countries. One good thing Pakistan did was, not to brought students from China in mass number. Earlier ppl were criticising the move now everyone is praising the move as things started to get unfolded. Infact pia has banned their flights for Japan and no Pakistani to be allowed to enter from South Korea. Not sure about Italy though.

Govt didn't evacuate any people from Italy. They stopped after the first evacuation as they couldn't use the plane and crew from first evacuation for few days. I think the two who came from Italy were able to enter the country because of poor screening process or they weren't infected that time.
