This would have been mostly free if not heavily subsidized with bill below 300 INR in India. Last month, in my parents house in india, for about 500 units, the bill came to be about 4500 INR.

No it all started because the economic pie got smaller because of CPEC and all institutions are now infighting for the same. Army being the strongest institution is winning however if the economic pie was big enough, each would have been satisfied and stayed in their lane. Don't show consequences as the cause.

don't you know Allah rizq dena wala hai... In Pakistan we can have as many babies as we want because sky Daddy will feed them
