We have veto power in both the NSG and the UNSC.
Which means we don't have to test the waters, we don't have to provoke to see the reaction. We already have total veto power.
The only way you can get in is to offer us something in return, like those reactor deals and industrial park deals that Modi was offering. But so far it seems like India did not offer enough.
Veto ? when all the members are supporting -- Then bye bye to the gains in the 100 smart cities, Metro train, and trades should be big enough to swallow together with the entry in the MTCR which China is not a member plus the South Sea China multi national joint exercise plus the Ughor leaders and the Tibet plus the CPEC road link which is passing from the desputed territory of the Gilgit Baltistan. Any way India won't loose much, because we are getting most without entry in the NSG.
