The War on Terror began in the aftermath of the September 11 attacks and has been a costly and controversial undertaking. The United States has spent trillions of dollars on the war, and thousands of American soldiers have been killed or wounded. The war has also significantly impacted the Middle East, destabilizing the region and leading to the rise of the Islamic State group.

One of the most significant American blunders in the War on Terror was the invasion of Iraq in 2003. The Bush administration claimed that Iraq possessed weapons of mass destruction, but no such weapons were ever found. The invasion led to a long and bloody war that destabilized the region and created a power vacuum that allowed the Islamic State group to flourish.

I agree that Pax-Americana is over now. People in Middle East, Africa, and Asia don't give a shit for USA.

The Bush era is over now.

its because of that but mostly its because of demographics.
US whites are becoming minority and blacks/hispanics pumping out babies 5x faster not including immigration etc.

Also US economy has become tech dominated like apple, facebook, youtube, tesla, google etc and they hire very few people while accounting for 10trillion + of economy.

This all means that the US middle class has become low class (no jobs in tech for them) and upper class become even richer. US now has billionaire oligarch tech rulers who are not accountable to anyone while the rest of US is low class.

Aside from US 30 trillion + in debt, US economy looks still reasonable but thats because of tech billionaires becoming richer while the middle class has become poorer. US is a country where it is better to have a billionnaire and 1million poor than 1million middle class and no billionaire.
